Café Jubilee kicks off operations in Budapest
The first Café Jubilee overseas outlet officially started operations last week in Budapest, making the traditional Café Jubilee homegrown menu accessible in Central Europe.
To mark the commencement of operations in Budapest, Café Jubilee is offering its patrons the chance to explore one of the most beautiful cities in Europe while also attending the official inauguration party. The bistro pub, which is one of the most successful chains in Malta, will be officially inaugurated on Saturday 27th February 2010.
Café Jubilee is extending an invitation to all those who hold the homegrown brand close to their heart the opportunity to share this experience and has created a specially priced package tour specifically for this occasion. The tour is organised in conjunction with Rocs Group Travel, offering a choice between a three-night and a five-night package.
Direct flights and five-star accommodation at the Corinthia Grand Royal or at the Ramada Plaza on a bed and breakfast basis are also included in the package. Both tours depart on the 26th February and return on the 1st March or the 3rd March depending on the package chosen. All those who participate in this tour are also being invited to attend the inauguration evening on the 27th February.
"We are very proud that our journey which started in Victoria, Gozo ten years ago, has now taken us to mainland Europe and we wanted to celebrate the occasion together with all those Maltese who have loved and supported the Café Jubilee brand since the first day," said Mr. Alex Scicluna, Director of Cafè Jubilee.
The launching of the Cafè Jubilee brand in Budapest is a strategic partnership and joint venture with Corinthia Group and is set to position the Café Jubilee brand on the international map jointly with a company who has long international experience, with an outlet that reflects the brand experience which has made Cafè Jubilee so successful in Malta and Gozo. The site for the new bistro pub in Budapest is a corner property located in the heart of the city on one of the main thoroughfares.
"This is a very important milestone in our history and we are proud that our dream of taking Café Jubilee to Europe has finally become reality. However, our plans are ambitious and we would like to see the Café Jubilee brand spreading in more countries. We have put together this special package to make the occasion more memorable even for the Maltese," said Mr. Scicluna.
