The Café Jubilee story
The first Café Jubilee outlet was opened in Victoria, the capital of Gozo, way back in 1998. The café was so successful that the Valletta restaurant quickly followed two years later. Since the very beginning, we were passionate about the quality of our food and the standard of our service. We love what we do and want our customers to feel part of this experience.
We offer bistro-style food, including sandwiches, salads, soups, pasta options and main dishes, as well as some delectable desserts. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Only the freshest ingredients and highest quality meats and cheeses go into our carefully prepared dishes, seasones with carefully selected herbs and spices.
Music grabs hold of the soul and creates an inner sense of peace and freedom. The music in our restaurants varies from blues to jazz and ethnic. Close your eyes and let the music transport you to other countries and different cultures without leaving cosmopolitan Café Jubilee! Our music is background soft during the day and more vibrant in the evenings.
We have replicated the décor usually associated with the golden era of the 1920s and 1930s bistros in Western Europe, but added a modern twist and a local touch. The atmosphere is stylish yet informal and relaxed, with rich glowing wood and brass light fittings for a unique feeling of warmth and intimacy, suitable for anything from a business lunch to a romantic date.
